Late yesterday afternoon our garage door opener malfunctioned. I searched the internet for area firms and found Precision Garage Door Services website. Reviews were all very positive. They feature on-line scheduling and I was able to schedule a technician to come to the home between 8-10am the next morning! That’s right, the very next morning. Chris was out technician and he fixed the opener and we had him do maintenance service on the moving parts. Done in 30 minutes! Excellent service. When i need to replace this old opener, I’ll contact Precision!

Responsiveness of setting up an appoint was quick, excellent personal communication in explaining product and setting expectations. Installation was neat and quick. Very happy with the product. However, they use a centralized call center for all their franchises in the area and that sucked. Was very impersonal and messages didn’t get through to installer.

Started with a broken spring...ended with a new door! We've used Precision Garage Door Service for our general garage door-related repairs. We've always had excellent service, and the new door installation was the same. The new door was my idea...I had been thinking about it...so when the technician showed up to make a repair I started asking him questions about a new door. He did NOT pressure me to buy a new door...he told me the spring could be repaired. But I was interested in getting an insulated door because we moved our laundry to the garage. The ordering process was easy and the technician answered all my questions, at the end of which, I placed the order. The installation went way faster than I expected. They do full removal of the old door AND haul it away. There were 2 people to install and they know what they are doing so it went pretty quick. The fit to the door jamb is excellent and I expect I'll be a lot happier inside the garage during winter and summer. It looks good from the inside and out!
