The technician arrived on time late afternoon on a Friday after calling that morning with our plight Arron Bean was very knowledgeable professional and polite. He was very helpful with our situation a broken door spring and 2 cars trapped in the garage.. He worked without complaining about the heat while manually getting the door open to get the cars out. He then promptly gave us an estimate with recommendations to improve the doors performance.. We have a very heavy insulated door that is 580 libs requiring custom springs. We agreed to proceed with his recommendations he said he would be back Tuesday or Wednesday due to having to get the custom springs. We received a text over the weekend saying he will return on Tuesday. Sure enough he texted he was 25 minutes away on Tuesday was even a bit early. He showed up got to work quickly finished the job with ease. We were very pleased with him and the professional support of the company. We just thought it was a bit more than we expected but it was a bit of an emergency and who knows what custom door springs cost? 18’ wide door and replacing both springs. We would call them back in the future.

The garage door technician, Aaron, did a masterful job, replacing the damaged spring, brackets, and rollers of my worn out garage door. The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.

He does a great job and leaves things neater than when he started. Admittedly, they aren’t the cheapest garage folks, but, they’re competitive especially when considering the quality of service and dependability.

Tried to rip me off. Said my door needed to be replaced for $4100. Another place quoted only $2500 to replace the door. I called the guys who put the door in when the building was built. Replaced one damaged panel for $740. Lost my $100 for the service call. Shop around, everyone!
