The technician (Andy Maynard) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond working with me while I was at work to repair my door. He listen to everything I explained to make sure the repair was completed correctly and to save me money. At first he told me that both springs needed to be replaced $800 and then figured out that the cable/chain jumped the track and only needed adjusted. Thank goodness. Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Andy was absolutely awesome! He came in and looked at the door and was able to tell us what was wrong immediately. Unfortunately our garage door opener was also shot due to the spring breaking. He was able to replace it, the spring on our door and the cables in about an hour! I highly recommend Precision Door!!!

Precision Garage Door service was able to quickly help out after I had my garage door get stuck. The technician Andy was able to quickly diagnose the issue and identify saftey issues I was not even aware of. Andy was provide a full service plan to help replace my broken garage door and ensure it was safely replaced. We are sorry you felt the cost of the repair was too expensive. Our parts are heavy duty, high cycle parts and we stand behind them. Not all companies provide the same quality parts which is why the cost is cheaper with other companies. The quote you approved included upgraded parts and a 7 year warranty so its very likely you will not have an issue with this particular service for a long time. Yes, Precision Door was professional and courteous and did a great job. All repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. True to the claims on their website, a "live" Precision employee answered my phone call, and a technician was scheduled for the next day. He arrived less than an hour into the 4-hour appointment time frame, quickly diagnosed and explained the problem to me, and fixed it within an hour. Very pleasant and professional!

Called Precision after review of company’s found on line. Originally called previous service provider but the calls were never answered. Andy reviewed the current issue and considering the 17 year age of our system reviewed all operational points of the system and then provided estimates for what was found. Repair was quick handled well and professionally. Bang up job Andy.

My garage door was not working. Just needed to have a lock installed. In less than an hour. My garage door could open and close, new rollers help in open and close quieter. A lot less than I thought it would be. Exceeded expectation. Professional and great customer service.
