Called because I had a torsion spring snap. I was told $95 for service fee plus $150-300 for a replacement torsion spring. Ended up with a $1600+ invoice. Go somewhere where they are completely up front on costs before any work is started. I do not recommend this business.

Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Andy arrived to replace the spring and was finished in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and the entire experience was painless and efficient. Great company with wonderful employees!
