Fabulous service! Friendly, knowledgeable inspection of our old (broken) door - clear alternatives laid out. Hugely helpful installation service that went that extra bit above and beyond that will make me want to call them back next time. (And FAST!!!!! Our new garage door was up and running about 24 hours from the time we first called! OK, OK, I know everybody is not lucky enough to have a last-minute cancellation fall into their laps like that, but...)

Chris C arrived earlier than estimated, identified the issue with my door, went over all my options, he reviewed what could be done now and what will probably be needed in the next few years. I opted for to have all moving parts replaced including the motor. Chris had all parts needed and was able to complete the job in a few hours. Nice doing business with someone who knows what they are doing.
