Fast and amazing service. I requested help online in the evening and someone was out the following first half of the day. The gentleman who arrived was very courteous and highly knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. The garage door is in far better shape now than it has been in years, quieter, and in nicer condition.

When I called to set up an appointment I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you could have service on Saturday or Sunday at the same rate as a weekday. The young man who came to day was very professional and listened to what I needed to have done. He was efficient, and gave me all the information I needed. Excellent experience.

Very fast scheduling. Chris was the technician. He diagnosed my issue and was able to resolve without having to resort to more expensive options. Overall I am very happy with the service. My only gripe is that he didn’t clean up after complete - just took the old materials away. Not a super big deal, but I have to ding them a star for this. Again, happy customer!

Chris explained the proposed work clearly which enabled me to make the best decision for my needs. Initially my intent was to have the garage door opener replaced with one that has a camera. Chris explained the type available, which was a rechargable and would require my interaction to recharge. I opted to not have the opener changed and remained with the opener that was installed last year when we had a new LiftMaster installed. Today I did opt to have the tuning service for both doors. Chris was very professional and friendly.

At 0600 on Friday approximately my garage door became off track. I had just pulled out of the , igarage enroute to work. I had to leave the garage open. Not knowing and garage service I Google search and Precision appeared. An appointment was made for later that day, Chris a service tech called enroute to the house at approximately 1330 hrs. His professionalism in completing the repair solved the problem in less than two hours after I gave him permission based upon the options he gave [there was three to choose from.] Based upon my experience I would recommend Precision to anyone who asked for a recommendation.

They have a good service, but the product is no quality and expensive. They install new garage door opener for 16 months ago, I have to call them back to repair and the parts is no warranty to cover.
