They have a good service, but the product is no quality and expensive. They install new garage door opener for 16 months ago, I have to call them back to repair and the parts is no warranty to cover.

Chris, the technician was excellent, kind and patient along with being very efficient. My only complaint is the service charge. Most services I know would waiver the service call if there was major work to be done and Precision doesn’t do that apparently. Felt like they were a bit pricey but, much like everything else these days. Again, Chris was the best part of my experience!

****Update Gary the owner called me and he did right by giving me money back. I had my garage door opener replaced. The technician could not believe my garage springs were 20 years old. I asked him if there was anything I need to do, so he takes my can of WD40 and sprays them on the springs. I myself would think that would be something to spray on it. A day later the spring broke. Contacted the tech and he is telling me WD40 is fine to spray on the springs. Then why does every mention of WD40 sprayed on garage springs on Google say you should not. Anyway, he tells me no matter what lubricant he put on them it would have done the same thing, so I told him thank you for making it break sooner than later. For what the technician came out to do originally was a great experience. I had to go with another company to replace the springs. Just was not looking to immediately spend a lot more money to have both springs replaced. A replacement of a garage door opener became extremely costly.
