These guys were great! They quickly and expertly analyzed the problems with our garage door. They set up the complete order on day one including priority fabrication of the required springs. Their install technician arrived on day two and completed the replacement of damaged or worn parts and performed detailed maintenance of the whole system. They also provided an explanation of the entire process as well as recommendations for maintaining the garage door through the future.

Had a torsion spring snap on 16' door making it inoperable. I called Precision late pm, within minutes I had an appointment for the next day. Garrett, the technician showed up to our home, accessed the issue, came up with multiple quotes based on our needs. He then started process, took old springs off, put new HD ones on. He added in new end and center bearing assemblies, and also replaced all of the rollers with HD metal/nylon rollers with built in bearings. Less than 2 hours from start to finish. Great job, Garrett was very knowledgeable,, efficient service. I'm very happy. Would highly recommend Precision for future referrals.

The technician, Garrett, arrived on time and gave me an estimate of the work to be completed. He was to install an aluminum track and new door seal for my two garage doors. I was somewhat surprised at how quickly and efficiently he completed the work. Garrett was friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. This is the second time Precision Door has serviced my doors and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Extremely pleased with the service, Garret was a very polite young man who obviously new his way around garage doors. You came highly recommended by my son and my best friend and lived up to expectations. My only negative comment is your pricing. Charging $389.00 for a single spring replacement is reasonable, charging the same price for the second spring is absurd. It's not like he made 2 trips, he brought them both in at the same time, and he had to loosen, and retighten the same hardware whether he was doing one or both. Also you advertise same day service but I had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for servicing.

My garage door was heavy and jammed shut when the tensioner spring failed, causing my vehicle to be trapped. This created a big inconvenience, if not a bit of an emergency, for me. Precision Garage Door Service was chosen after contacting the original company that installed my garage door system. Original installer only had a voicemail for response. Since they had a large service coverage over the Triangle area, I then called Precision, who answered with a live person and set up a repair visit for the following day. The responding technician, Garrett Yeager, promptly came out during the assigned time slot and had my system repaired and upgraded in a very short time.
