Hey, I'm Jon and I was born and raised in Sanford FL. I have a beautiful wife and an incredible set of twins (boy and girl). We moved to NC in May of 2021 and have loved every minute of being here. I worked as an EMT for 10 years prior to becoming a garage door tech. I love a good bourbon and spend time when I'm not with my wife or kids playing video games and watching horror movies.

From first telephone contact with precision door to job being completed job well done. They actually came out and measured the door unlike the others I contacted. The others just wanted to know size of door by taking my word. At each appointment time the guys called to state that they were in enroute. They all semed to be knowledgeable about their work and friendly. I having limited tools and skills I am more than pleased with job. Maybe I should get an application and become a team player.

Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future.
