Hey, I'm Jon and I was born and raised in Sanford FL. I have a beautiful wife and an incredible set of twins (boy and girl). We moved to NC in May of 2021 and have loved every minute of being here. I worked as an EMT for 10 years prior to becoming a garage door tech. I love a good bourbon and spend time when I'm not with my wife or kids playing video games and watching horror movies.

First thank you for getting us scheduled for an appointment so quickly. I’m a very tough evaluator and handsome consumer. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future. I’m very pleased with the service, fair pricing and promptness of scheduling. Thanks to the entire support team.

Everything about the service call experience was great. Jon arrived on time, was really friendly and helped me find the information that my garage door opener replacement was covered by a lifetime warranty from 10 years ago. He worked fast & left no trace, all components were replaced and he showed me how to use everything: keypad & button openers, remotes and even walked me through installing and configuring the MyQ phone app. I was assured that if anything goes wrong in the near term, I can call them and they will be right out to address. John was our garage door opener installer and he was fantastic. He came out to install the new garage door opener the same day we contacted Precision about a new garage door opener. He installed the new opener quickly and was very thorough. He installed a MyQ garage door opener, made sure the existing door and springs were lubricated and balanced, and helped us make sure we were able to add the opener to our existing account in the app. My daughter and I highly recommend him.
