My garage door stopped working so I called Precision. An hour later the service tech arrived. How about that for response time! Brandon Mills from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service rebuilt my garage door which included bearings, spring, rail, and rollers. He explained the details, demonstrated the before and after conditions and had me up and operating my now rebuilt and quiet garage door. Fantastic job and I’m telling my neighbors. Thanks Brandon!

Michael Ottosen was my service tech to work on my garage door. He got here with in 2 min of his scheduled time. He listened to what I thought the problem was and what was going on. Then proceeded to locate the the combination of events that effected the door performance. I had cable problems and internal board level failure. My 23yr old door was worn out. I decided to upgrade to a belt driven system. Two and a half hours from door bell ring to clean up I had a new belt drive opener. I can't give enough stars for Michael's performance. Thank you.
