I was able to get a technician on the same day as I called for an appointment. The technician (Scotty Johnson), was the epitome of professionalism. He explained my problem, offered a choice of solutions and thoroughly explained what those solutions entailed as well as costs. He completed the work in his estimated time and did a superb job. He then explained what he had done and how to operate the equipment installed. He was a model for other service organization employees.

Scotty and team were on time, diagnosed the issue, and installed replacement opener super quick and clean. Took the time to walk me through everything and make sure I was happy. Didn’t try to oversell me on something I didn’t need! Would highly recommend.

Scotty did an excellent job repairing my garage door. It used to be so loud that when you closed the door you could hear it down the street and now it’s working better than ever and is very quiet. I appreciated he took the time to explain what was happening with the different parts and presented a few options for level of repair. The estimate that was provided was accurate to the end price.

I am very thankful to Scotty for his very professional service on our garage door. I was notified that he was on the way and when to expect him. He is very pleasant and took his time to explain what was broken and needed to be repaired. He presented three different options to choose from and never pressured me to choose any of them. He completed the repairs in the exact time he told me to expect. When he was finished with the repairs he asked me to call back if any problems. After that, they made the repair quickly and when they left even though it was more expensive than I initially thought it would be I was very satisfied that I had a good job, that would last years beyond a less expensive service.
