Spring broke so looked online for repair company. Several came up but Precision look and easy online appointment scheduling made choice easy. Scott arrived and was thorough and easy to talk to. Gave me several options and explained very carefully what was involved with each. He worked efficiently and in a short time i had a working garage door again. Precision garage door service provided me with a timely repair when our residential garage door spring failed. Scotty Johnson their technician called before he arrived, was well skilled and completed his task in a very timely manner. The only room for improvement is the final cost was more than the estimate. That was not Scotty’s fault, I suggest any future phone estimates should cover a range to help set expectations.

I called Precision Garage Door Service at 10:00pm to repair broken garage door that had come off track and would not close. The attendant scheduled an early morning appointment for the next day. I loved that company's confirmation email included the name and picture of the service tech who was assigned to my case. Mr. Scotty Johnson arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and quoted me the cost of the repair. After agreeing to the price quoted, Mr. Johnson started and completed the repair within 30 minutes. My garage door is operating efficiently again.
