Precision Garage Door Service is great! Honest review: My garage door was in dire need of repair nearly 30 years old.The Master Technician Scotty Johnson and his trainee Mario were fantastic. They were quick with thier evaluation an repair diagnosis. They recommended exactly what I needed. I called for diagnosis on Thursday, they showed up on Friday, once we I decided what I wanted They scheduled me for install on the following Monday. Quick and easy. The Service Tech Jon Holbrook came on Monday to install and took away the old door and installed the new door and motor. He was profesional, quick and a genuinely good human being. If I have future garage needs I will be calling these guys back! A message to the owner: You have some amazing employees. Please give Scotty, Jon and Mario a raise they definitely deserve it!

The technician seemed to have all the necessary tools to accomplish the required repairs and did a great job. However, the clean up included the large items, but metal shavings, aluminum and vinyl scraps were left for the owner to clean up ( see photo). I guess a $1,366 repair doesn’t include a thorough clean up.

From first telephone contact with precision door to job being completed job well done. They actually came out and measured the door unlike the others I contacted. The others just wanted to know size of door by taking my word. At each appointment time the guys called to state that they were in enroute. They all semed to be knowledgeable about their work and friendly. I having limited tools and skills I am more than pleased with job. Maybe I should get an application and become a team player.
