Brandon Mills showed up promptly this morning. The spring on our garage door broke last evening. I called Precision first thing this morning. Brandon presented himself in a professional manner and impressed me right away. He explained that he was going to do a thorough inspection of the door and explained clearly my options. We called Monday morning for service as our garage door wasn’t opening and 1hr later Precision Door arrived, employee Scotty Johnson pointed out the door in fact worked great and showed us what we accidentally did wrong (pulled the chord disengaging the mechanism). He took us through what we needed to do, provided maintenance while he was here. This has been a great garage door for us for many years now, glad we used Precision Door

Teddy and his partner were professional and wasted no time getting the old warped door down and the new insulated door installed. They tweaked it to perfection noticing any and all irregularities. Runs smoothly and the look is so much better. Adding the insulation to the door remains to be seen, but I anticipate positive results over these upcoming fall/winter months. I called Precision at 7:30 in the morning after our garage door chain snapped when my husband was trying to leave for work that morning. The lady who answered the phone was kind and courteous, and she was able to schedule a technician to come to my house that same day between 8-12. Mike O. called when he was on his way and was at my house by 9:15 that morning. He was great to work with. He educated me on all my options as far as solutions to our problem and costs for each option, but I didn't feel pressured by him when making a decision. He wasn't just trying to sell me on something, but he gave me the details and then allowed me to choose what was best for us. He installed a new motor and openers, and he made sure I was able to program everything and sync it all up before he left. He was respectful and kind, and just overall a nice person to work with. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to explain everything and help me choose the best option. I also am so thankful for the speed in which Precision was able to get someone out and help us, as our garage door is so heavy to try to open and close manually! I would definitely recommend Mike O. and Precision to my friends!
