Greg Grey was our technician who performed the work needed to repair our garage door . Greg was very professional, took exceptional care of our property and replaced the springs, rollers, bearings and sensors. The garage door works like new. In short, he did an excellent job.

I had broken springs repaired11/10/24. Called Precision and was promptly scheduled for repair. Paid $1,300 for the repair. More expensive than I remembered for previous repairs over the years, but I chose not to get additional quotes for repair. Evening of 12/10/24, I came home and closed the garage door. As the door closed, the door came of the tracks and failed to close properly. Upon closer inspection, the door had also pulled at the bracing between the top of the door and the connection to the garage door opener chain. Obviously, I called Precision to get it checked out again. I had also recalled the tech saying he had adjusted the tracks during the initial repair. I assumed as a courtesy. When I chatted online and called directly, I explained prior service and the current issue. I would have expected, given such a recent service and at such expense, I would have been told we will get someone out asap to take a look. Dissapointed that I was obviously chatting with and speaking to a scheduler who was just giving me the next available time. The soonest that would work was days later. Contacted another Company and they came out with hours and got the door functioning again. Icing on the cake was the tech saying I had paid twice what they would have charged to replace the spings. Just left an overall bad feeling

We called Precision Garage Door because our garage door came off the rails suddenly and we couldn't get it to close. Called their 24/7 line and Chris came the next morning and got it to close and then a couple of days later, Jonathan came out to replace the garage door. I liked that their response time and service were prompt, both men were courteous and professional, and they gave you a call 30 minutes to let you know they are on their way.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience using Precision Garage Door Service. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day after our garage door spring broke. Scotty texted as he was on his way and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He assessed the damaged door and explained what had happened and then gave me a list and explanation of all of my options. The repairs were performed quickly and Scotty went over everything with me after he finished.

I was very happy with the work performed as well as with the fella who performed it. He explained what was needed, what my options were, and the costs involved. He completed the work in less time than I anticipated and I am pleased with the operation of our garage door. I wish I had looked more carefully at the invoice before paying because I do not fully understand it.

I called Precision Garage Door Service at 10:00pm to repair broken garage door that had come off track and would not close. The attendant scheduled an early morning appointment for the next day. I loved that company's confirmation email included the name and picture of the service tech who was assigned to my case. Mr. Scotty Johnson arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and quoted me the cost of the repair. After agreeing to the price quoted, Mr. Johnson started and completed the repair within 30 minutes. My garage door is operating efficiently again. If you are in need of service to your garage door, do not hesitate to contact Precision and ask for Scotty Johnson.

Garage door failed to open due to broken spring. Evan KOPEL showed up early, diagnosed the problem, made several recommendations and suggestions. After approval, all repair finished in less than one hour. Outstanding service and results! Definitely the “go to” firm for overhead doors. You made read reviews that Precision Garage Door is “pricey.” In my experience, the cheap stuff isn’t good and the good stuff isn’t cheap. First rate company to service your garage doors.

Technician Tim McRae informed us that the motor needed to be replaced. He explained the cost and informed us of our options. We will decide in the coming days what we want to do. Otherwise, he was very polite and professional, and we would be happy to work with him in the future should we decide to replace the motor. He explained that the charge for today's service call would be applied against the cost of replacing the motor if we do it within 30 days.

Very fast scheduling. Chris was the technician. He diagnosed my issue and was able to resolve without having to resort to more expensive options. Overall I am very happy with the service. My only gripe is that he didn’t clean up after complete - just took the old materials away. Not a super big deal, but I have to ding them a star for this. Again, happy customer!
