We investigated into your visit further and the notes of what we did and that included, "Door and opener from 2005, rollers are seized and door is running rough, springs are old and worn will likely break soon. All moving parts are worn. Opener from 2005, due to door being imbalanced and rollers seized, the opener is getting excessive close force, and the belt is jumping on the gear causing the limits to be wrong. Opener needs adjusted and rollers/springs replaced. Opener is old but functional for now, will likely need replaced soon. During the repair, gear on the opener is very loose, opener will need replaced very soon." as our skilled and honest team conveyed to you on site. We are here for your feedback and concerns.
