We were well-pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Greg Gray was our technician and he phoned and left a detailed message regarding his arrival time. He was prompt and thorough in his inspection process and gave a detailed analysis of our needed repairs. He analyzed the situation with our exterior pad not connecting to the remote after a new one was installed. It now works flawlessly. Our technician, Trevor Mills was outstanding! He replaced springs, motor, opener, added a key pad, replaced sensors, cable set, rollers and helped us set up the door opener option using the phone app. He was professional and accomplished all this in record time! We recently had our garage springs on both sides break. We surveyed the community and Precision Garage Service was recommended. We called at 830 this morning and we had a technician scheduled between 12 and 4, our tech Justin called at 1158 and was at our home in the next 40 mins. He explained in detail what was needed and recommended a total package with a 7yr warranty included which will save money in the long term. He was efficient and very friendly. Our new garage door sounds quiet like an elevator. I will continue to recommend their business for certain.

The original equipment spring on our garage door broke, and we could not lift the door. Technician Paul came out on a Sunday morning. He explained the problem, had all the necessary replacement parts on his truck, and had the new springs and rollers installed in an hour. Paul was polite, efficient and professional. A job well done!
