The experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was fantastic. The garage door broke on Thursday morning. I called Precision in the morning. They said the tech Andy would be here between 10 am and 12 pm. Andy called early and asked if could come around 9:30. He was on time. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. The job was completed by11:15. Andy did a great job. I recommend him highly.

Andy helped me understand the condition of the door. It’s very old. He also explains pained everything I needed to know. Being a recent widow I’ve had to deal with things on my own. Andy was awesome! Had an excellent experience with Precision Door for repair and adjustment on my garage door. Torsion spring was broken. Made appointment at night on their appointment scheduler. Worked great. Andy arrived on time and explained various repair options with no pressure to spend more than I wanted. He was super friendly and was in and out in less then 1.5 hrs. Both doors work great and are so much quieter.

So very impressed with punctuality and professionalism of employees. We had both of our doors mechanisms and keypad replaced in less than an hour and 30 minutes, including a thorough discussion on how to use them. After my springs broke on a Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock, their customer service representative answered the phone immediately and suggested a repair time within an hour. That did not work for me, but I was amazed at how fast they could assist. She scheduled Andy to come out the following day, he arrived promptly and was very professional and thorough! I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.

Our garage door motor burned up yesterday. I called Precision and they sent Andy Maynard this morning. He presented us with 3 options and we chose the middle option. I have been a Precision Door customer for 13 years. The service this time was faster than 13 years ago. I call Precision Door around 9:30am and Andy was onsite at 11:40. Replace garage door opener and was out by 1:15pm. Very professional and left the garage clean. Explained all of the features and operation of new door opener.I hope it will be 13 years before I need door service again but when I do I'll be calling Precision Door you can bet on that.
