He listened to my description about the problems experienced and stepped me through his approach to solving the issue along with the added multi-point inspection. Called Precision at 7:00pm for a broken spring on our double garage. They had someone at my house before 8:00pm. The technician (Andy Maynard) was AMAZING. He went above and beyond working with me while I was at work to repair my door. He listen to everything I explained to make sure the repair was completed correctly and to save me money. At first he told me that both springs needed to be replaced $800 and then figured out that the cable/chain jumped the track and only needed adjusted. Thank goodness. Andy was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Andy was absolutely awesome! He came in and looked at the door and was able to tell us what was wrong immediately. Unfortunately our garage door opener was also shot due to the spring breaking.
