Andy was very professional and I trusted that what he told me was true. $1500 for a complete rebuild of bearings/springs/rollers/etc for my 28 year old door. That’s a lot of money but worth it, in my opinion, for a door that has not had anything replaced ( other than a spring) in a long time. (Only $50 per year!)

Buyer beware! I called ahead of time to ask how much it would cost to fix a broken spring on our garage door. They told me between $139-$289. So, I had them come out, thinking that the max we would pay would be $289. Our bill ended up being $722! The technician told me they always have to replace 2 springs together even though only 1 was broken (so it's double the cost they told me on the phone) PLUS a spring replacement requires a bracket replacement. If I had known it would be $722, I would have made several other phone calls to other places! I don't appreciate the lack of transparency in pricing, and found them to be very misleading.
