Firstly they were able ti make it the same day and arrived early. Secondly Richard was awesome; friendly, good convo and explained what could be done: lastly, he could have tried to rip me off; but he didnt. He did the maintenance on it but the cost wasnt insane. Even the girl who scheduled me was amazing!! I will be calling them again!!

Terrific service. Came out within a day to work on my garage door after I had a broken spring. Richard thoroughly inspected the door and opener, replaced the damaged parts and tuned the door for a smooth quiet open. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information about door maintenance and things to look out for to keep my door in working order.

This was a great experience, the tech Richard was knowledgeable, personable and skilled. He assessed the situation and made recommendations about what would be the best course of action for repairing my door without trying to up sale me things I did not need. He was very informative when I inquired about replacing my motor with a different style. When we agreed on a course of action, he went to work and installed new springs and a new motor. He hauled away all the old parts, and trash and assisted my wife and I in programming all our vehicles and setting up the app on our phones. All in all this was a great experience and I will use Precision for all of my garage door needs.

The technician spent 10 seconds here and told he he doesn’t work on the brand of door opener that I have. I was still charged the $80 service fee. I spoke to a scheduler and the technician before the service visit and neither of them mentioned this possibility.

Excellent customer service!!! My garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix and service my garage door. I was not able to be at home so had a friend there to meet the technician. The technician called me several times to keep me informed and to review what was being done as well as the cost. Will definitely be using Precision again!!!

I called on a Friday night and was thrilled to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. Then over the weekend saw some TV ads and thought damn they are just going to try to sell me a new garage door. Your man showed up up on time Monday morning. Boy was I wrong. He took his time showing me all the issues with my door. Good and bad. Gave me alternatives, never suggesting a new door. I accepted his recommendation. I will call you again, especially if I want a new door. Very professional attitude
