As always, Precision Garage Door was fantastic (Richard in particular). They came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem (broken motor) very quickly. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely be calling Precision again if I need more garage door help.

Techicican Richard communicated to us with his arrival time (so refreshing) and arrived on time. My prior vendor said it would be five days before they could come out!! After arrival, Richard finished his repairs within thirty minutes and our garage door is once again functional. We are now new customers.

Richard did a great job demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills. He knew what needed to be done to repair my garage and did it in a timely manner. He clearly explained what had happened, why and how he could repair it. He even offered me the senior discount when I didn’t know Precision Garage offered one. It was a nice discount!

Richard was very knowledgeable about our type of garage doors. He explained our issue with one of the springs and offered suggestions and some other things to watch out for with our older doors. He was pleasant and quick to make the necessary repairs. We have used Precision sine we moved to Chapel Hill 15 years ago. We highly recommend them for their service.
