Scotty was our technician. He is very knowledgeable about garage doors openers and installation as well as the maintenance and repairs. The initial job was just to re-install two new garage door openers but I did realize that both of the garage doors needed maintenance. Scotty was able to advise me on what needed to be repaired and replaced and he did a fantastic job. He updates all of the mechanics per code.

We had to have "emergency service" on Sunday when our spring broke. Our rollers were 17 years old and giving out, too. Scotty came out to our house, ahead of schedule(!), to take care of things.
