Aaron Bean came out to my house tonight (had to go through flood waters) to fix my garage door that had our cars in garage and couldn’t get out. Turned out to be the belt coming apart but decided to replace my going on 20 yr old opener with a new battery backup smart Liftmaster opener and had roller bearings replaced with better ones and new bottom seal put on. Aaron arrived over an hour earlier than appt was for and was very knowledgeable and super nice and was not one bit rushed at such a late hour. He showed me my options and then worked fast and efficient. He even took the time to program our car remote links and new Keyless entry pad and helped set up the MyQ app. I would recommend Precision Garage Door and if you are lucky enough to get Aaron as your service tech then you will be more than satisfied.

We have used Precision for twenty years. Our garage was doors have experienced only minor problems during this time but Precision has always responded quickly and made needed repairs efficiently and cost effectively. Our recent request was to address the doors not automatically reversing. Andy arrived the same day, identified the issue, and made the repair. He was polite, professional, and explained the service procedure throughly. We will not hesitate to call Precision if needed again.

I found Precision by inquiring through Chat GPT about local garage door services. Precision was the top choice returned. Tim was a fantastic technician. He was quick to diagnose the issues with the door. Beyond being an outdated model, it was also installed incorrectly. I decided to purchase a new door from Precision at that appointment. I was originally concerned that I hadn’t received a follow up call afterwards and left a less than stellar review for that reason. I didn’t realize the survey was in direct relation to the technician’s service, not Precision overall. Tim was excellent, 10 of 10. My issue was the lack of follow up afterwards. I was expecting a call within 48 hours after our initial appointment. Since I paid 40% of the cost of the door upfront I was worried about losing that money. However, today customer service rep called and confirmed that the door had been ordered and explained what the next steps to come will be. The delayed response was due to the recent holiday weekend. I now feel fully confident in Precision's services. Thank you!
