Chris installed a new garage door system in a timely manner- approximately 1 hour. We appreciate Chris’s level of professionalism. He provided a phone call to notify us of an earlier appointment option. We were quite happy when we were able to bump our service time. When possible, informing clients of an earlier service time is greatly appreciated and demonstrates Chris’ effort to go above and beyond. Chris has a very positive and professional communication style coupled with an efficient work ethic.

Had emergency issue. Spring snapped in half. Reached out online, was offered regular service visit Wednesday AM (this was Monday evening) or emergency visit tonight 8pm - 10pm. Opted for the very reasonable upcharge for the emergency visit. Tech Scotty Johnson was running ahead and asked if he could be here at 7, to which I said of course. Arrived, told me what he was going to repair/replace which I agreed to. Didn't try to upsell additional services, offered higher performing materials than what I had which I accepted. Was done in less than half an hour and I was restored to 100%. Would certainly use Precision again and hope Scotty is my permanent tech.

Scotty Johnson is my hero! He came and got my garage door issue fixed, and even showed my how to operate the door manually. All within a couple of hours after my initial call. He was actually here the other day (in a torrential downpour I might add) to install a different rubber piece on my new door, so I was glad to see him. I appreciate his attentiveness to the problem at hand, and that he keeps at it until he's satisfied that it's fixed. He really pays attention to all the little things and I appreciate his professionalism and his kindness.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Precision Garage Door Service - every representative we met was courteous and friendly. Our only complaint was that we had to wait almost 3 months for the final installation. The original delivery arrived about 5 weeks after the order was received - but it didn't fit. Evidently the measurements submitted were wrong. We then waited an additional almost 6 weeks for the correct door to arrive. Thankfully the installation was on time and very quick. We were pleased by the communications we had with the company about the situation, although it would be helpful to have more frequent information about the delivery status. We would definitely use them again.

Richard came out and was able to immediately recognize the problem and replace our broken spring in one visit. Our experience with PDS has been fantastic. Richard was very personable and professional and addressed our problem without pressuring us to make any major upgrades. I got my invoice and it had charges for two spring coatings, and a new chain. It was not relayed to me why I needed two coats and the technician said the garage will be loud because he had to bend a link in the chain. I don't understand why if I got a new sprocket system, chain, and coating for all of those things why it would still be loud. Why if it is a new chain did any of the links have to be bent? I could've bought a new system for less money then the repair
