Monday night a spring broke on our garage door. We called Precision Garage Door because we used them before(actually, several years ago because they did such a great job everything worked great for a long time.) They were able to come out this morning and repair the spring and all is fine now. We want to thank the staff at Precision and especially Andy Maynard who was most efficient and thorough. Technician arrived on time and got to work quickly. I needed my current opener, keypad and remotes replaced. They were "builder quality" in an aging condo and beginning to become unreliable. Proposal from upgrade was clear and completed within an hour. Scheduling the service via the website was easy and they were quick to agree to the date and time I needed.

We could not get our garage door open, and after my husband checked all he knew to do, we called Precision. We had used your company before in Greensboro, NC with statisfaction. This was a great experience from start to finish. One of the springs on my garage door broke on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I called Precision on Sunday, fully expecting that I would have to leave a message. Not so fast. Someone answered, so at this point, I expected an answering service. Not the case! The young lady on the phone was able to book an appointment for me on the next day, which happened to be Memorial Day Monday. I asked if there was an additional charge for a holiday and was told that there wasn't. So, we were off to a great start. Monday comes and Andy came to the house and he was on time and the communication about his visit was more than adequate. Andy was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be repaired and offered a couple of options. The fix and the fix it right. There was no pressure to select the higher priced option. I was just given the information so I could decided. I chose the fix it right option. Andy had to order springs because my door is so big and heavy (who knew?). Once they were in, he promptly returned to get us up and working. There was an issue with the custom springs, but Andy handled that quickly and was back later the same day to complete the repairs. Its almost like I have a new door! All in all, a great experience. 10/10, would recommend.

I had Precision come out for a repair on my garage door. The technician was very nice, but the prices I was quoted were extremely high and for items that ultimately didn't need to be fixed. The repair they performed didn't fix the issue. I had to use a different company that came out and did the repair for a much lower price and told me the things I was quoted for by Precision weren't necessary.

The service was outstanding. Andy the lead technician was great to work with. He did a thorough examination of the door and tested resting weight of the door which was high. He recommended replacement springs due to the age of the same. He had custom springs ordered and brought back for installation the same day. I wish I had this service experience with the other contractors that I have worked with in the past!

As I was closing my garage door it came off the track and was stuck. I called Precision and Andy M was at my home within 40 minutes. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and repaired the door within 15 minutes so that it could be closed. He then thoroughly explained options for additional repairs or replacement of the door. Moved here from out-of-state. Had used Precision Garage Door Service at our previous location. Always nervous about finding new people/businesses you feel you can trust. Andy came out next day.
