The hinge on our garage door broke and we had to manually close and open it. We called Precision and they came out the very next day. They assessed the issue and showed us our options, which we appreciated. They also reinforced the other loose hardware that we didn’t realize were loosed. Best experience in a long while. Opened the garage door this morning - not. Inspected and found I had three springs instead of the two I was expecting. Well, one had actually become two. Called the Durham office and was connected with a very personable dispatcher who set me up with an appointment same day. RC just left impressing me greatly with his knowledge, ability, his attitude, and surprisingly, his ethical base as well - I wish the world had more folks like him in it.

From Jason in the office who spent time with me reviewing my needs in order to determine which product would best be for me to Richard McCann who did the installs… I purchased 3 LiftMaster garage door openers one for my home, which had a single door and two for my sons home, which had two garage doors. Additionally my springs needed to be replaced, they broke on both sides and they replaced them also. Highly recommend this company!

One of the springs on our garage door broke yesterday about 5:00 pm and PDS made an appointment for us the next day which was great bc both of our cars were in the garage and the door was inoperable.
