What a great company! The owner reviewed the inspector’s video from our new home and quickly figured out what was wrong. Their tech, Brian, came out and fixed the issue efficiently and the final bill was even less than expected since new sensors weren’t needed. I really appreciated the fast communication by phone and email. I’ll definitely use them again for any future garage door repairs.

Replacement of garage door panel. Guys replaced a lower panel that was damaged by homeowner. They made sure remotes worked, and provided maintenance on door. The full door was put in 4 years ago, and prices have increased dramatically. It’s a solid door, and precision door provides great service and follow through.

John P. came out to look at our door following a lightning strike that had caused electrical damage in the house. He was prompt, thorough, and professional during the entire project. He listened to what was happening, trouble shot to see if anything could be done as a quick fix, and provided three options for how to move forward. He was able to fix my door on the same day, and it was a very hot day to be in someone's garage for more than four hours setting up a new system. Once the system was installed he walked me through set-up and showed me how everything worked. And he provided documentation so I could file everything with insurance. It was a pleasure having John on-site with us and I wouldn't hesitate to call him or Precision again in the future.

Very good process and install was great...Doors are high quality and extremely quiet with the new motors, tracks and nylon rollers. Only constructive criticism would be communication on the day of the install for arrival time. We all have busy schedules, so a large arrival window is not ideal.
