My name is Gregory Gray but everyone calls me Greg. I have been with Precision for almost 3 years. It is the best job I have ever had. They always put the customer first and allow me to take my time and repair your door the right way the first time. I have 7 awesome kids 4 of which are adults and live out of the state. I have been married 15 years to my wonderful wife Shante. We have been blessed with 3 awesome children, Saibra, Saige and our "Chosen One" adopted daughter, Heaven. I am a Baptized Jehovah's Witness. I love Precision because they are an honest company which allows me to not compromise my beliefs.

It is my great pleasure to recognize the great experience I had dealing with Precision Garage Door Service and Greg the technician who installed a new garage door opener at my home. Greg arrived on schedule, and patiently explained the problem with my garage door opener and the options from which I could choose. He knew what he was doing and went about methodically replacing my old opener with the “Bog Boy” opener. He also helped me install the app to control the opener and the camera. I had called another company earlier when my garage door would not open. They said they would have to call back to set up an appt. I then called Precision and an appt was set up, a serviceman ( Greg) was at my house within an hour, my garage door opener was fixed in 45 minutes. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable .
