Rickey Sanchez has turned me into a believer. My garage door only worked when you held the wall control until the door closed. This caused a quality of life issue at the house. I felt Rickey explained how to solve the problem and what to expect when it was fixed. I honestly wanted to avoid replacing the system (the cheap way out) even though I knew the saying, you get what you get what you paid for. I can say certainly having full access to our house has been a welcomed correction. We use the garage more often instead of bypassing the garage door headache most of the time. Thanks Rickey for helping me make the decision that best fit my need. And being the consultant and expert from start to finish. I am excited when I pull up to the house instead of annoyed by a frustrating obstacle. No need to say the rest of the family recognized the benefit. Top marks to Rickey and the Precision team

RICKY SANCHEZ came when our keypad stopped working. I tried to fix it myself without success (but with plenty of frustration!).. Ricky came, changed out the unit in a flash, programmed it for us, tested it, and gave us lots of useful tips about garage door maintenance to extend its life. Great service!

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. As a small business owner I appreciate good service. This was exemplary and an example of how things should be done. Thank you Precision and Tim.

We called Precision to repair a broken spring. We were able to setup an appointment the next day. The service Tech Ricky was timely, friendly and just wanted to make sure we understood all the steps of the process. He gave us a quote which we could do all things he was recommending or just parts. The time to fix was very reasonable. At the end of the repair he walked us through all the things he did. He shows the parts that were replaced and good thing we decided to replace our cables as they were really we’re ready to good. So thanks for the though inspection. I will continue to us Precision for all our properties moving forward.

The ability to make a same day appointment online was great! Ricky was super professional, he explained all options to address the problem with my garage door. After the repair and tune up were completed he walked me through the work that was completed and the maintenance that I can do to extend the life of the garage door operation. Exceptional service provided by John Patton, but started with great phone conversation with Customer Service (Ms. Gracia?), followed with informative visit "heads up" message, listing the Technician's name and picture. Our door (installed by other Company, now out of business) was a notch up from the "bare" contractor grade, but the original hardware was cheap, worn out, and causing issues (likely contributing to the spring breakage; the reason we called). John politely and patiently presented us with three clever options, from bare fix (but with better grade components) to complete hardware swap and extensive tune up). We were happy with our selection, and John also left us with professional recommendations, which I will put to use immediately. I specifically requested a "door sticker" and a business card, but certainly will never forget whom to call, when professional-grade service or maintenance is needed. Thank you, Team Precision Garage Door Service!

Tech spotted that the springs were undersize and should be replaced. I have had you replace the opener a couple of years ago and will schedule a service call to replace the springs on the next couple of months.

Easy to schedule the appointment online and with plenty of confirmations by email and SMS to confirm appointment and provide arrival ETA. Andy M., the technician, was courteous, professional and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. He made short work of the repairs (new spring, cables and bearings) and routine maintenance of our other garage door.
