We’ve happily used Precision for our garage door service for 25+ years. The technician sent out today, Ricky, quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our external keypad, promptly fixed it, taught us how to protect it from future weather deterioration ourselves, and then performed a thorough check of all our garage door components, lubricating every moving part to assure continued smooth operation. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We were very satisfied.

Whole experience was smooth from the start. Great communication with company and tech. Garrett was awesome! Had a small mechanical issue come up the night the repair was done but Garrett was right out the next day to fix it. Definitely would recommend.

My garage door stopped opening while the motor kept trying to lift it. I called Precision and scheduled a service call. Richard McCann was the technician that came to the house next day and right on time. I described the problem to him and he knew exactly what the problem was (broken spring). He provided several different options to complete the repair and was ready to complete the job the same day. Richard was very professional and transparent about what needed to be done and explained the multiple options in great detail. I will highly recommend Richard from Precision for any needs related to garage door issues or new installs. Thank you for great service.

Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years which is astonishing but it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what needed to be done and explained why. It needed rollers, springs, safety cables and pulley cables. He is very professional and finished in a timely manner.

The main spring on the garage door broke after about 14 years of operation. I went online at about 6am and scheduled an appointment, saying that I needed to get my car out of the garage that day. A very personable serviceman (Aaron) arrived on time and was very methodical and efficient. He replaced the broken spring and several other parts that were in a worn condition. Made sure that everything was well lubricated, adjusted and then cleaned up. Everything now works better than before, almost silently and very smoothly. Great job.

What an awesome experience! From the consultation all the way through the installation this was error free and very customer friendly. My installer Cameron was fantastic. He explained everything and installed an entire new system from scratch. He was much better than the original install. Looked way for clean and precise!
