I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.

Extremely pleased with the service, Garret was a very polite young man who obviously new his way around garage doors. You came highly recommended by my son and my best friend and lived up to expectations. My only negative comment is your pricing. Charging $389.00 for a single spring replacement is reasonable, charging the same price for the second spring is absurd. It's not like he made 2 trips, he brought them both in at the same time, and he had to loosen, and retighten the same hardware whether he was doing one or both. Also you advertise same day service but I had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for servicing.

Precision garage door service provided me with a timely repair when our residential garage door spring failed. Scotty Johnson their technician called before he arrived, was well skilled and completed his task in a very timely manner. The only room for improvement is the final cost was more than the estimate. That was not Scotty’s fault, I suggest any future phone estimates should cover a range to help set expectations.

Very fast scheduling. Chris was the technician. He diagnosed my issue and was able to resolve without having to resort to more expensive options. Overall I am very happy with the service. My only gripe is that he didn’t clean up after complete - just took the old materials away. Not a super big deal, but I have to ding them a star for this. Again, happy customer!

Andy and Alfredo were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in under 2 hours for a complete install. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the service call fee tacked on even though I went forward with the fully recommended repairs.

Previous service and I purchased my current garage door from them. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is my repair order was not completed on the first 2 occasions because of a "computer glitch". On the 3rd try I got a repair tech. Gray did an excellent job and explained & showed me everything he was doing.

Great fast service but pricing was high. We got 2 springs replaced for over $900 it might have been cheaper to get an entire new garage door opener.
