Scotty did an excellent job repairing my garage door. It used to be so loud that when you closed the door you could hear it down the street and now it’s working better than ever and is very quiet. I appreciated he took the time to explain what was happening with the different parts and presented a few options for level of repair. The estimate that was provided was accurate to the end price.

I am very thankful to Scotty for his very professional service on our garage door. I was notified that he was on the way and when to expect him. He is very pleasant and took his time to explain what was broken and needed to be repaired. He presented three different options to choose from and never pressured me to choose any of them. He completed the repairs in the exact time he told me to expect. When he was finished with the repairs he asked me to call back if any problems. I am very pleased that we choose Precision and again, very thankful for the wonderful work Scotty did.

Scotty and Richard did a super job, they came early and were professional in the initial quote, explaining two different types of repairs. After that, they made the repair quickly and when they left even though it was more expensive than I initially thought it would be I was very satisfied that I had a good job, that would last years beyond a less expensive service. Spring broke so looked online for repair company. Several came up but Precision look and easy online appointment scheduling made choice easy. Scott arrived and was thorough and easy to talk to. Gave me several options and explained very carefully what was involved with each. He worked efficiently and in a short time i had a working garage door again. It operated much more quietly than before so that was a great side benefit.

Precision garage door service provided me with a timely repair when our residential garage door spring failed. Scotty Johnson their technician called before he arrived, was well skilled and completed his task in a very timely manner. The only room for improvement is the final cost was more than the estimate. That was not Scotty’s fault, I suggest any future phone estimates should cover a range to help set expectations.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience using Precision Garage Door Service. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day after our garage door spring broke. Scotty texted as he was on his way and gave me an estimated time that he would arrive. He assessed the damaged door and explained what had happened and then gave me a list and explanation of all of my options. The repairs were performed quickly and Scotty went over everything with me after he finished.

I called Precision Garage Door Service at 10:00pm to repair broken garage door that had come off track and would not close. The attendant scheduled an early morning appointment for the next day. I loved that company's confirmation email included the name and picture of the service tech who was assigned to my case. Mr. Scotty Johnson arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and quoted me the cost of the repair. After agreeing to the price quoted, Mr. Johnson started and completed the repair within 30 minutes. My garage door is operating efficiently again. If you are in need of service to your garage door, do not hesitate to contact Precision and ask for Scotty Johnson.

Scotty was the technician assigned, he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options of just a fixing the broken springs or a full tune up and allowed me to make the call without pushing the up sale to the full package. the work was completed quickly as he had all the needed parts on the truck.
