I prayed first and asked God to help me in the process of finding the right door company. Precision was the first of 3 selected. I had done some research and generally expected a certain price range. Their sales rep John was attentive to our needs of slightly odd size doors, checked with his supplier to make sure they could deliver, wrote an estimate on site which was very important to me. Called him after 2 days, he responded quickly, we wrote contract, paid deposit. In 2 more days we had email from Sophia, doors were ordered and scheduled install date. I confirmed with her the odd size which she replied in email. Doors arrived as scheduled. Luke and Edward were the installers. They were Precision employees. Their work was clean, precise and professional.

The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. We had to keep pressing the closer 3 different times to get it down. We are going to have this fixed, but I did like the installer. Thank you, Cynthia Meekins

Luke arrived on time and in a matter of hours removed two 40-year old doors and installed two new insulated garage doors. After a total debris cleanup, Luke programmed all openers to my personal satisfaction. He was very polite, experienced and customer service oriented. Install team arrived (Luke) and explained all that would be completed before beginning work. The other installer (I didn't get his name, but we talked about him being from Hawaii) and Luke worked together like a well oiled machine. They had my old door and metal tracks, etc... removed in about 20 minutes from the time they started. Less than 2 hours later, they were completely through installing the new door and were cleaning up. Both installers were highly efficient, very attentive to detail and extremely polite. Based on what I saw yesterday, I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the work ethic, attention to detail and knowledge these two installers displayed during my installation.

Lucas Fisher did a great job installing our new doors and garage door motors with belt drive. He worked by himself. I was surprised that he had no help, but he finished in about 5 hours or so. He was friendly and polite. The doors look and work great! Highly recommend!

The door I ordered had MoonLite inserts. The door I received did not. The installer, who did a great job, called the office and was told that the door that fits my door opening does not come with the Moonlite inserts. I waited 2 months ( + -) for the door. It would have been nice if I was told this before my order was placed. They me a 200.00 break on the cost, but I would rather have the Moonlite inserts.
