My name is Gregory Gray but everyone calls me Greg. I have been with Precision for almost 3 years. It is the best job I have ever had. They always put the customer first and allow me to take my time and repair your door the right way the first time. I have 7 awesome kids 4 of which are adults and live out of the state. I have been married 15 years to my wonderful wife Shante. We have been blessed with 3 awesome children, Saibra, Saige and our "Chosen One" adopted daughter, Heaven. I am a Baptized Jehovah's Witness. I love Precision because they are an honest company which allows me to not compromise my beliefs.

We have used Precision for a number of years. We had an issue in getting the door to close. Greg was our mechanic and he was wonderful. He helped us work out the problem. We decided to get a new remote keypad as well which he installed. He did a great job.

Precision Garage Door Service was everything their name says. Our technician Greg was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explain what was wrong with my opener. Gregory Gray was the name of the mtechnician who arrived on time as stated. Follow the Covid guidelines, very professional, experienced and respectful. He found the problem quickly and replaced it with a new one in an ample time. Teaching us how to operate our new unit was done intelligently.

Had issue with garage door laser, which wasn't working, so we could only close door using a forced close. Our technician, Greg Gray, was awesome! We got same day service, he had replacement parts in his truck, and he took time to fix a poor laser mount situation, which the original home builders screwed up. My wife and I will continue to use Precision!!

Good service by technician but very, very expensive. Although a discount, 233$ for less than 30’ of work without change any spare is really too much and without any warranty because the brand of system wasn’t the one expected. In my previous house I spent 150$ for the same issue with another company. I think I’ll not call Precision anymore.

We really appreciate the technician, Greg, who provided service for us. He was very knowledgeable in explaining to my husband and me our problem.
