Precision and, in particular, Greg Gray did a great job with replacing my old garage door opener and, ultimately, the rail for the opener. Greg examined my garage door opener and agreed that the capacitor was shot. Due to the age, he recommended that I just replace the whole motor instead of trying to find and replace the capacitor. Since I already knew the problem, he did not charge me for the visit. I tried and failed to replace the capacitor myself. Greg cheerfully came back out with the new motor and replaced the old one. When it wouldn't reliably close (it would "bounce"), he came back out and replaced the rail--no charge. I could not be more pleased with the professional and friendly service provided.

We had a wonderful experience. I contacted them on Monday and they were able to come out first thing Tuesday. Greg assessed what was happening with our door and went through each item to make sure we understood and gave us a few options for fixing our garage door. Amazing service by our technician Greg. We had to compare replacing parts vs system replacement and when we did, he gave us a very honest cost estimate comparison. Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Gary was the technician and he knocked it out of the park.
