Precision replaced an old door opener just over a year ago and I recently had a small issue with a noisy chain. Was truly impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage door Service. Called in the afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. Technician actually arrived well ahead of schedule. Diagnosed the problem and presented the options to me. Service was exceptional & price I thought was reasonable. Technician setup the system and thoroughly explained everything. What was even more impressive is that the system displayed an error code - did not affect the operation. Instead of just saying don't worry about it and disappearing, when the technician worked with the manufacturer on the problem, following up with me daily on what was going on. Never felt out of the loop or abandoned. Problem is now solved.

I was really happy with the whole process with Precision. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium
