Rep was very thorough and professional by providing complete information about opinions, prices and recommendations. Excellent presentation Precision has an excellent website. However, we did not select Precision due to substantial difference in cost of project.

One of our 26 year old garage door springs broke early this morning, and it happened in such a way that it became dangerous and impossible to open the door. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. They had a service engineer at our home by noon. Our garage door wasn’t just fixed but was rebuilt, all in about two hours. I watched the service guy repair the door. He showed me the plastic bushing that the garage rod on the left side fit into. It was almost worn through. And the one on the right was gone! He repaired the door using steel bearings and hugh quality parts to replace the worn parts and replaced the two springs with new ones of a much higher quality. Our garage door is so much quieter now! I’d had this same company replace the glide wheels in March this year under a spectacular promotion, and that was a big improvement but this makes the door sound better than new! These are the guys to call for your garage door repairs.

From the time of arrival until the job was completed Chris was an exemplary representative for your company. He was punctual, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He throughly explained the problem and two options for repair. Upon completion of the repair he cleaned up the area to its original state. Needless to say I'm very pleased to have my garage door functioning again.

I worked with Lucas of Precision Door in January/February to replace two garage door openers and some minor door repairs and had an excellent experience. At the time, Lucas suggested that I consider replacing the two garage doors. Having already spent a fair amount of money on the work that he just completed, I decided that then wasn’t the time. But I should have listened to him then. Both doors are the old wooden/heavy doors and are over 30 years old. Heat and humidity have taken a toll on them and they started having issues. So I asked if Lucas could come over and give me a quote for new doors. He made sound recommendations and offered a fair price. So I agreed to proceed. But before he left, Lucas made some minor repairs to one of the doors that was giving me repeated problems. This should tide me over until the new doors are installed.

My garage door opener, which it turned out was 20 years old, would not work and I called Precision Garage Door. I made the call at 2:45 in the afternoon, received an appointment for the same day between 4 and 8 pm. By 3:20 the tech texted me with his picture and a brief biography and said he would be arriving within 5 minutes. He arrived had everything he needed on his truck and by 5:00 was finished and on his way. He was efficient, personable and above all did a wonderful job. I would and will highly recommend Precision Garage Door to all my neighbors and friends without hesitation.

Andy was the technician that came to our house. He was very professional, explained things well and was quick! We had a broken spring and they were able to come out the very next day. He replaced a few other things (rollers) that were showing wear and tear and it's almost as if we had the whole thing replaced... it's so quiet now! :) I'd definitely recommend them.

Rick, the technician, was great, professional, very efficient and arrived earlier than expected. I’m a bit soured on how the price of the spring and installation went from a emailed quoted price of $262 to my actual cost of $464. The spring that was replaced can be purchased on line for $34 to around $75. Rick took all of about 15 minutes to complete the installation. So, in total I would estimate that the total time on site was around an hour. Unhappy with the inflated cost. I shouldn’t have been so lazy and should have replaced the spring myself.

Great experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, and the technician actually arrived early. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to identify and correct problems caused by a poor installation from another company. Everything is now working properly, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the work and service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door repair.

Technician arrived “on time” was extremely polite and found no reason why the pre-set upper and lower door limits were wiped clean from the units programming. He reset limits and said this would be handled as warranty as unit was purchased and installed by Precision in December 2025 and is less than a year old.

I worked with Lucas earlier this year when he installed two new garage door openers. He did a great job then. He recommended, at that time, that I should replace the garage doors too. I was hesitant to do that then. But one door has been acting up lately (32 years old) and I decided that it was time to replace them At my request, Lucas came back to give me a quote to replace both doors (one larger than the other). Based upon his recommendation, I placed the order today for, what I believe is, a fair price. For the interim, Lucas made some minor repairs to one existing door to help avoid additional problems until the new doors are installed.
