We ordered new doors 5 weeks ago with Andy saying it would take 2-4 weeks. Still haven’t heard anything. There’s a slight disconnect on when doors come in and what your reps are telling people.

Aaron Sweet came out today and replaced my 20 year old chain drive garage door opener (getting kinda shaky) with a sweet (pun intended), WiFi + camera, super quiet belt drive opener. I think it only took 30-40 minutes. All my expectations were met/exceeded and it has a lifetime warranty.

Tim McRea was easy going and task oriented, with excellent logical troubleshooting knowledge. He had the original problem fixed in ten minutes. In addition he programmed our new Prius to operate our 23 year old motor. Fantastic, so pleased with his skills, he is a valuable asset to your company. The technician gave a a courtesy call to inform me of his arrival. Very punctual and polite introduction. I conveyed our problems with our garage doors to Aaron. He inspected them thoroughly and made recommendations that really helped my husband and I make a sound decision. Due to the age and much needed work on both doors we followed his advice. Richard was excellent! First of all, he was here within two hours on a Monday morning after I called to make the appointment. He was obviously highly knowledgeable and experienced, quickly diagnosing and fixing the issue. In addition to fixing the first door, he went ahead and made an adjustment on our 2nd door, noting that it would eventually have the same problem. We could not have been more pleased! I unequivocally recommend him!

Hi Ashely, I am very disappointed and frustrated with your service, I feel like got cheated and ripped off. I have Wayne Dalton garage doors which was installed by builder and looks like having issue with torsion springs. Your service guy mentioned these springs cannot be replaced at all and we must completely change everything and quoted around $2,250. I asked him few times to confirm if it is possible to just replace springs, and he said no it cannot be done and only option is to replace everything and that's what we do for everyone. I believed him and paid it. Later found out that Torque master torsion springs can be replaced just for $500. I believe you guys are completely dishonest and unfair, I called your company to diagnose the issue, if you guys don't have the parts to replace or if you don't do maintenance on Wayne Dalton system, you need to mention we don't do it, so that I could have called Wayne Dalton company for service or someone else who can do the job. I could have fixed it for around $500 instead I paid around $2,300. I called your company and told them what happened, and they gave refund of around $800. I certainly appreciate that, but it would be nice if you are fair to customers. Thanks, Ajay

Amazing service by our technician Greg. We had to compare replacing parts vs system replacement and when we did, he gave us a very honest cost estimate comparison. Ultimately I feel very good about the choice we made, mostly because when he did the install, he was so meticulous that it exceeded all expectations we had, i am very pleased and can highly recommend them.
