Scott arrived at the agreed upon time and fixed the problem in at most two minutes. If this particular problem (Genie code needed to be reset after batteries were changed) arises again, as it unfortunately certainly will, I will know how to deal with it myself so I can avoid the exorbitant service charge. Scott was friendly, efficient and polite.

I was very pleased with the level on professionalism, knowledge, and customer service exhibited by Scotty Johnson. Unfortunately, our 21 year old garage door opener had failed completely and could not be repaired. Scotty was thorough in explaining options and helping me make informed decisions on replacements. We had an issue programming our new car, remote garage door opener with our garage doors. I called Precision late in the afternoon, and they had someone out early the next a.m. The scheduling person was professional, polite and very efficient. The morning of the scheduled visit, the technician, Scotty Johnson, called and texted me to advise he could come earlier if OK with me. In spite of the new technology in the car, Scotty knew exactly what to do and had the remote functioning in no time. He too was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very efficient. Start to finish an exceptional, service experience! Use them!

Torsion spring on 13-yr old double door broke 6:30 pm. Called 24/7 phone number and scheduled repair for next morning. They arrived at 8:30 am as scheduled and replaced 2 springs and serviced other things. Price seemed a bit high but they explained it well before doing work.

After seeing your TV ad, I immediately called Precision. A technician showed up the same day! When Scotty Johnson arrived, i explained the problem. He offered three or four options. Since I didn’t want a “bandaid,” I choose option #2. While it seemed pricey at first, I came to realize quality work comes at a price. Scotty got the job done and answered all my questions.
