We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Richard Sanchez came out to service our garage door, and from start to finish, everything went smoothly. He was right on time, explained the issues and repair process clearly, and made sure we understood all our options. On top of that, he was clean, courteous, and respectful of our space—something we truly appreciate. The level of service was outstanding. I can't believe how quick that process was. Great price. Great service. I'm so happy. You can't find customer service like this today. My technician, Richard Sanchez, had a plethora of knowledge that allowed me to make the right choice for my garage. His installation was effective and efficient. I had precision come give me an estimate on a issue with my garage door. The salesman/repair man came to my house. Very polite and friendly gentleman. He told me that needed a new spring for my garage door and he quoted me $1600 for the repair. Unfortunately I found the price a little high, I called another company and got the repair done for $400.

Richard Sanchez came out to do a door repair for us and was excellent. Due to the age and type of spring we had, he highly recommended replacing the second one as that material is no longer used for a reason and the second one will likely fail soon. Great on time service

I was very impressed with Richard Sanchez who did a great job in recommending several options for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. He was very efficient in installing the new unit and in explaining how it works. I appreciated his patience in helping us get everything set up on our phone. It is now working great. I had a garage door emergency on a Saturday. I called Precision Garage Door Service around noon, and they had someone out at 2pm. Richard fixed my issue, and while he was there he helped me review other items that needed attention, without any up-sale pressure. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took great care of my garage door. I have since had them come back out and upgrade some springs and 2 rusty cables that would have snapped soon if Richard had not identified those issues for me. I will be using Precision Garage Door Service going forward. And no, I was not paid or asked to do this review. I am in Wake Forest NC.

Richard Sanchez replaced our broken garage door with amazing efficiency. He was thorough and worked tirelessly to get our door back on track in a short period of time. I would have given Precision five stars but I felt like I was oversold on services I didn't need. I'm too nice, a sucker even, and don't push back when I need to. I was having some noise coming from my garage door and all it needed was a new bracket ($35). I was informed by the technician that I needed a new weather seal ($255) and talked into a "tune up" ($150). The prices "may" be fair but I didn't really need either. I know they train their guys to oversell stuff but don't be greedy and go overboard. I would recommend Precision to my friends and family. They have high quality materials and knowledgeable service technicians. But I would be sure to tell them to watch what they try to sell you.
