We have enjoyed our Precision-installed garage door since 2017. It continues to work as well as the day we bought it. Unfortunately, the key pad has not fared as well and succumbed to the corrosive effects of NC weather! Precision sent Timothy M. to our rescue the day after I called. He was efficient, friendly, and patient as he repaired the pad and inspected the door. Great service!

Second time we have used Precision. First time the spring broke on our two car garage. This time the door was struggling and looked like it was getting stuck when it first started opening. Tim arrived at the earliest part of the window, on a Saturday, which as someone who works Monday through Friday having the availability of weekends is amazing. He explained what he was seeing and offered resolutions ranging from just a tune up to multiple levels of replacements. Tim was polite, friendly, professional and very efficient as he said the replacement will take about 1.5-2 hours and he was right on time. He assisted in programming our vehicles as well as the remotes you clip on your visor. Over all great experience. Very pleased with Precision from start to finish.

This was my first time using this company. I messed but Percision corrected the problem. Technician Tim McRae was very professional and proactive. Tim came out to check my garage door shutting to hard. It needed springs and some other issues. He did a great job. I was impressed he had the springs and other materials on his truck .
