I was optimistic that calling this company would save me some time and I would pay a fair price for repairs to my overhead door. Joke is on me. I had to pay $100 (trip charge) just to get a quote for $1500 to replace torsion springs and rollers. “Labor is only $150 though.” SMH. I’ll do it myself this weekend. Disappointed because I know how much the materials actually cost. Smoke and mirrors sales game.

It’s football season and Andy Maynard scored a touchdown to win the game! Andy did a great job explaining garage door issue and made sure I understood my options on making decisions related to solving the problem. He did a great job checking out the different components of door, motor, sensors, etc. in terms I could understand. After reviewing everything, I decided to purchase a new door based on his experience and expertise. Yesterday Andy Maynard and his assistant arrived to address a problem with my garage door operation. I briefed them on the current problem and the past history of door services. With that information Andy inspected the door system and provided me with several proposals to resolve the issue. I questioned him on each proposal and choose the one that best suited me. At no time did I feel pressured to go one way or the other. After the decision was made they went right to work and had the job done in short order. I was impressed with Andy's knowledge and his willingness to listen to and answer all my questions.

I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. Andy and Alfredo were friendly, knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. They were in and out in under 2 hours for a complete install. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the service call fee tacked on even though I went forward with the fully recommended repairs.

My wall pad went out. I had an afternoon appt. Andy had an early opening so he called me. I was at work 20 minutes away, I said I would meet him there. By the time I got there he had already changed the wall pad out we just needed to set my code. Two minutes and I was on my way back to work . Excellent job Andy. Precision Door had not disappointed me yet. Great customer service. Knowledgeable people. Very professional.

Andy and Alfredo were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased by how quickly I was able to schedule service. My only complaint is that I was told on the phone that the $95 service call charge was included in the installation price that I was quoted, but it was not.

First of all, let me compliment your technician, Andy Maynard. He was very friendly and informative. He gave me a couple of good tips for ongoing door maintenance. I really appreciate his help. Secondly, on a different note, I was amazed at how expensive your service has become. My total for a checkup on two doors was over $400 dollars. No repairs were needed or made. Andy was here about 20 minutes. That's $20 per minute. In July two years ago, same doors, same service cost $190. Your price has doubled. I will be reconsidering any checkups in the future and maybe start to get estimates from other door service companies.

I was so pleased with Precision Garage Door's service. Andy set to work immediately, and within one hour, I had a new header unit to replace the one that kept malfunctioning. Andy discussed my various options, and I ended up with a garage door that no longer makes creaks and groans every time I press my remote. They're fast and do quality work!

Lightning struck our garage door opener and fried it. Andy replaced it. I also asked that he replace the springs, belt, rollers, and rubber door bottom while he was here. I was very pleased with his work. He explained everything very well to me, and quickly completed all the work.

Precision Door installed my garage doors years ago. When the spring broke yesterday, I called them and they scheduled a service appointment the next day. Andy arrived to replace the spring and was finished in 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and the entire experience was painless and efficient. Great company with wonderful employees!
