Prompt arrival with advanced notice. Andy was great explaining my options and showing me where my door also needed work due to it's age. All products offered in a replacement of opener were shown to me with their prices and features. Andy is a great salesman; HAHAHA!! Work area was clean when he finished. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are high! Have'nt had to have this type of work done in a long time; wow, how things have gone up. Thank you for your prompt reply to needing an appointment, And yes, I would recommend your company!

I was very impressed with Richard Sanchez who did a great job in recommending several options for replacement of our 30-year-old garage door opener. He was very efficient in installing the new unit and in explaining how it works. I appreciated his patience in helping us get everything set up on our phone. It is now working great. He also spent time explaining to us how to perform regular maintenance. I would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service.

I had been a repeat customer so called Precision to fix my broken door spring. The technician was pleasant but the pricing was very high. Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage service. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute (next day) online, which was great! The tech, Evan Kopel arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through several options to replace my garage motor and rollers/hinges. We even discussed payment options without being pushy. He was so nice and easy to work with! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you Evan for all your patience with me!

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Gary was the technician and he knocked it out of the park. Replaced a key panel that had seen better days, fine-tuned my motor so it’s running smooth and quiet, and gave me a few pro tips I genuinely appreciated (not the upsell kind, actual helpful advice). Fast, respectful, and knew his stuff. Felt like someone I’d call again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We replaced our existing garage door about 2 years ago, using Precision. We were very satisfied with the results then and have not add any trouble until just a few days ago. Precision made an appointment for early the very next day, Andy, the technician arrived prompted at the scheduled time, listened to my explanation of the problem, and quickly made some minor adjustments that fixed the problem. He patiently explained what he did and why it should fix the problem. He waited while I walked through several tests to confirm things were now working properly. I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

We had a new garage door installed by Precision a few years ago. I am very pleased to say that it functioned perfectly. We had an incident where someone backed into the door causing damage and I called Precision. An individual named Evan came out the same day I called. There is no question that Evan was experienced. He did an absolute EXCEPTIONAL job and I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Andy was so pleasant. He was knowledgeable, efficient and did the job well. This is the second time I've used Precision. Over a year ago, Jon Holbrook did an excellent job installing new hardware. This year, for routine maintenance, Andy proved to be yet another outstanding employee. Years ago, I used another garage company. The difference in training (skill, diagnostics and social ease) between these two companies was so apparent. I've been impressed by Precision and would recommend them to anyone.

Of all days, Mother's Day for my garage spring to break. I initially dreaded making a call to get any type of service on Mother's Day, but was so happy when Richard McCann was able to come out same day in such a short amount of time. Richard was quickly able to assess the area of concern, along with the full explanation of some solid options. Richard was a great listener extremely professional never pressuring me in any way. Richard answered all of my questions with such kindness and compassion. After deciding on a plan Richard was quick to get to work. This was my first experience contacting a company to service my garage and I am so relieved that I got Richard and you will feel the same way. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! He was also patient with me when helping me download the “My Q” app and walked me through every step. Highly recommend him and this company! Top notch!!!!!

My garage door was broken and would not open. I schedule on-line at 10pm and the technician (Evan) arrived at 815am the next morning. The door was repaired and in 'new' operating condition by 1030am. Fantastic service! Thanks

Immediate appt. the next morning, totally positive experience. Aaron Sweet called first thing in the morning to confirm the appt. He evaluated the replacement situation and fixed the door quickly. He answered several of my questions and also stapled two wires to secure them in place. Overall was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Thanks!

The people at the company were polite, professional and answered my call promptly and send a staff member to my home the next day. The problem could not be fixed at the time - the garage door opener dates back to the 1990s - but I am scheduling a time for it. I did not use any advertising - it was a personal recommendation by a relative who had had good results from using Precision.

I had a garage door emergency on a Saturday. I called Precision Garage Door Service around noon, and they had someone out at 2pm. Richard fixed my issue, and while he was there he helped me review other items that needed attention, without any up-sale pressure. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took great care of my garage door. I have since had them come back out and upgrade some springs and 2 rusty cables that would have snapped soon if Richard had not identified those issues for me. I will be using Precision Garage Door Service going forward. And no, I was not paid or asked to do this review. I am in Wake Forest NC.
