Our garage opener decided it had enough on a late Friday afternoon, of course. Called Precision and was given an appointment for the next morning. We were assigned John P. who proved to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He quickly addressed the problem and provided us with three options, had all the necessary equipment to complete the job on his truck and proceeded to replace every component sans the door within 2 hours. He also provided us with a clear and concise rundown of the operation of the system before leaving. We were thrilled to have the repair completed so smoothly. We cannot speak to the reasonableness of the cost since we did not solicit any other estimates. However, we were very pleased with our overall experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

I found Precision online and they had great reviews. I had lost total control of the garage door. Nothing worked to raise the door. Both our vehicles were trapped inside. I have radiation treatments at UNC every day and was concerned about transportation. It was 9:57 pm. I called their number and surprisingly a very nice lady answered and arranged for a technician to come out the next morning. After a thorough analysis he located and repaired the problem. This is the second time I have used Precision, and I will continued to do so. I will recommend them to all in need.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! I had broken springs repaired11/10/24. Called Precision and was promptly scheduled for repair. Paid $1,300 for the repair. More expensive than I remembered for previous repairs over the years, but I chose not to get additional quotes for repair. Evening of 12/10/24, I came home and closed the garage door. As the door closed, the door came of the tracks and failed to close properly. Upon closer inspection, the door had also pulled at the bracing between the top of the door and the connection to the garage door opener chain. Obviously, I called Precision to get it checked out again. I had also recalled the tech saying he had adjusted the tracks during the initial repair. I assumed as a courtesy. When I chatted online and called directly, I explained prior service and the current issue. I would have expected, given such a recent service and at such expense, I would have been told we will get someone out asap to take a look. Dissapointed that I was obviously chatting with and speaking to a scheduler who was just giving me the next available time. The soonest that would work was days later. Contacted another Company and they came out with hours and got the door functioning again. Icing on the cake was the tech saying I had paid twice what they would have charged to replace the spings. Just left an overall bad feeling
