Andy was great!! Highly recommend! Update-been 5 weeks since we ordered new doors and still no update on when these doors are coming. We were told 2-4 weeks and were told we got standards doors, nothing out of the ordinary. Update-they’ve had to come out twice now as the sensor was installed incorrectly so the doors wouldn’t shut. Now the spring broke 8 months in. We barely use these doors. Really disappointed when they have great reviews and come recommended by our neighbors. Did we just get an absolute botched job here?

I have used Precision for many years for my garage repairs, luckily my repairs are few and far between. Today, my garage suddenly wouldn’t close properly no matter what we did. I called them after lunch and they had me on the books for a 2–6 time window today. Aaron arrived well within that time window, and got right to work. Once he believed he had fixed the problem, he worked with me to test the door multiple times, until we were everything was as it needed to be. He mentioned some things that I will probably need to get done in the near future on the door, but in no way pressured me to convince me to do unnecessary repairs at this point. I will totally call them again and recommend them to anyone.

I was experiencing issues with the sensors on my garage door. I booked an appointment with Precision Garage Door. They came the next morning. The technician looked at my door for less than 30 seconds and told me that there was a "fuse issue" with my opener. I told him that it was only a few years old. He immediately presented me with an iPad and told me that I needed a new opener. The two options were $700 and over $1,500, respectively. I called another garage door company and had the issue resolved for less than $200. Extremely shady business practices.

A spring broke on our garage door. Evan, the technician, did a great job of replacing the springs as well as replacing worn parts (door is 30+ year old). When he was done, the mechanism works better than it has in years.

My 30-year-old garage door motor finally stopped working. I called Precision a little after 8 AM on Monday morning, and was so happy that I was told that they could have someone at my home that same day, between 9 and 1 PM! Around 9 AM I received a call from one of their service technicians, Ricky Sanchez, who told me that he would be at my around 9:30. He replaced my old motor, and suggested improvements that would strengthen my 2 garage doors, prolonging their lifespan. He advised me on simple homeowner cleaning/lubricating strategies that would also keep my doors working smoothly, also prolonging their lifespan. He was totally professional in every aspect of this repair. I would highly recommend Ricky and Precision for any garage door issues. I am a very satisfied customer!
