I called Precision Door Services after 5:00pm on Tuesday evening. They gave me an appointment time for next day on Wednesday. Richard McCann arrived Wednesday afternoon as planned. He evaluated my garage door problem and explained three options to fix our garage door. He was very polite and completely explained each option, I decided which option to take and he started to work right away. We reviewed everything he had done at the end of the project. The lady who scheduled my appointment with the technician early this morning was professional and friendly. Thomas called within the window of time she had given me to say he was enroute. He diagnosed my garage door problem immediately and resolved my minor issue. He answered my questions about maintenance, was courteous, professional, and was all done within approximately 3 hours of my call to the company. Greg Gray was my technician. He did a great job replacing the spring and rollers on my garage door. I had a new motor installed by precision door last year and he honored the estimate given to me at that time. He also fixed a short that was not allowing me to use the controller on the wall and fixed some trim on the outside that was loose. Thanks Greg! Good job!

Evan Kopel from Precision did a great job repairing my garage door! One of the springs broke. The springs were replaced, along with a few other aging parts that needed replacing. The door now works much better (quieter and smoother) than it did before the spring broke. Everything was carefully explained before the work was done and several options provided, highlighting the ones that were most important. I would most definitely call him Evan again! Precision was great to send Evan just a few hours after I contacted them! Evan was fully equipped to do all the repairs on his first visit!

A predatory precision technician took advantage of my family while I was away. Charging my wife over $2k for new springs, bearings, cables, an unnecessary new rod, and 2 hours of labor. While I realize this review won't make the website, but perhaps someone with decency will care.
