The garage door technician, Aaron, did a masterful job, replacing the damaged spring, brackets, and rollers of my worn out garage door. From inspection, to quote, to finished product, it took less than two hours. Best of all, I no longer have to worry about a garage door not opening and closing; now it works like a charm.

I was very pleased from the time I called precision and talked to salesman ( John ) and he came out and talked to the same day. He took measurements and showed my wife I a book with different kinds of doors. He said he would have a quote tomorrow. He did and we went with that. The price was very reasonable. John said it would be about 4 weeks. I said that would be fine, I told I was in no rush. I received a text a few weeks later with an update. And a week later someone called an setup a time to install doors. They came early on that date we scheduled. They were very professional from the time they were there to the time they finished. They kept there work site clean at all times. They explained how the doors worked and ask if we had any questions. They also told about downloading the app. And if we had questions later, please call. So yes, we had a great experience with y’all. Thanks!!
