Precision Garage Door Service was everything their name says. Our technician Greg was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explain what was wrong with my opener. Greg gave me options and didn’t push me into one that made me uncomfortable. He was patient throughout this experience. Now I have an opener that works great. Also I have peace of mind that the work was done right

Precision was very responsive and courteous from my initial phone call through satisfactory completion of my service request. The technician, Greg, was extremely helpful in assessing the condition of all components of my 33 year old 18’ wide garage door. He explained various options and offered professional advice. I elected to have him replace torsion springs, shaft, bearings, cables, rollers, cable reels, and to lubricate all hinges. The door now operates quieter and more smoothly than when it was new.
