Firstly they were able ti make it the same day and arrived early. Secondly Richard was awesome; friendly, good convo and explained what could be done: lastly, he could have tried to rip me off; but he didnt. He did the maintenance on it but the cost wasnt insane. Even the girl who scheduled me was amazing!! I will be calling them again!!

Richard did an excellent job doing a routine service on our 2 doors. He was on time . He showed me how he greased the door and what he was using. He explained what he was doing as he did it. He is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

The technician spent 10 seconds here and told he he doesn’t work on the brand of door opener that I have. I was still charged the $80 service fee. I spoke to a scheduler and the technician before the service visit and neither of them mentioned this possibility.

Excellent customer service!!! My garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix and service my garage door. I was not able to be at home so had a friend there to meet the technician. The technician called me several times to keep me informed and to review what was being done as well as the cost. Will definitely be using Precision again!!!

I called on a Friday night and was thrilled to get an appointment first thing Monday morning. Then over the weekend saw some TV ads and thought damn they are just going to try to sell me a new garage door. Your man showed up up on time Monday morning. Boy was I wrong. He took his time showing me all the issues with my door. Good and bad. Gave me alternatives, never suggesting a new door. I accepted his recommendation. I will call you again, especially if I want a new door. Very professional attitude

I cannot say enough about the technician, Richard, who came to service my garage door today. He came the same day I called and provided great service. He had everything he needed in the truck to get the job completed while he was here. He explained all of the options available for the repair and also explained some things that may need to be addressed in the future with the garage door itself. Sunday afternoon one of our garage door springs broke, making this rather heavy door inoperable. Called Precision around 5pm (on a Sunday) had a technician on site in a little over an hour. Richard McCann handled our problem quickly. His vast knowledge and eye for detail is a great asset to Precision. Scheduling was easy and the response time was great. Richard called prior to his visit and was able to diagnose the primary issue over the phone. Based on that conversation, he was able to show up with the required part and make the repair in one visit versus 2. He worked quickly and was very courteous and professional.
