It was explained to me I have a Wayne Dalton system and it would cost $1,300 to replace my springs and I would come out cheaper to call Wayne Dalton. I called Wayne Dalton made an appointment and was quoted a price of $450.00 for repair. Wayne Dalton has their own patented system. If you have a Wayne Dalton door installed and don't want to convert for $1,300 call Wayne Dalton. I was charged a service fee of $40.61

We recently had our garage springs on both sides break. We surveyed the community and Precision Garage Service was recommended. We called at 830 this morning and we had a technician scheduled between 12 and 4, our tech Justin called at 1158 and was at our home in the next 40 mins. He explained in detail what was needed and recommended a total package with a 7yr warranty included which will save money in the long term. He was efficient and very friendly. Our new garage door sounds quiet like an elevator. I will continue to recommend their business for certain.

When I first called, I was assisted by a very courteous person who surprisingly stated she could have a service person at my home within just a few hours. From the call I received until leaving after completing the service, Mike Grove was professional and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the problem and clearly explained my options. After I selected my repair approach, Mike went to work and completed the service in less time than initially estimated without any attempt to upsell me. Throughout he was extremely polite and concluded by thoroughly cleaning up any trash. Finally, he assisted with all the technical set up assuring all was working before leaving.
