Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future. I had called another company earlier when my garage door would not open. They said they would have to call back to set up an appt. I then called Precision and an appt was set up, a serviceman ( Greg) was at my house within an hour, my garage door opener was fixed in 45 minutes. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable . I would recommend Precision and use them again.

Cannot commend Macon and Brian for the quality of work and how friendly and respectful of us and our property. If all your employees are like them, videos to you and Precision. Only concern is we have an issue with the new garage door opener. Assuming just an adjustment, but the booklet we have does not cover the issue. Install team arrived (Luke) and explained all that would be completed before beginning work. The other installer (I didn't get his name, but we talked about him being from Hawaii) and Luke worked together like a well oiled machine. They had my old door and metal tracks, etc... removed in about 20 minutes from the time they started. Less than 2 hours later, they were completely through installing the new door and were cleaning up. Both installers were highly efficient, very attentive to detail and extremely polite. Based on what I saw yesterday, I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the work ethic, attention to detail and knowledge these two installers displayed during my installation.
