I highly recommend this company! They are extremely professional and very proficient. The men that came to work on the garage door and motor were Ted and Josh and they were FANTASTIC! Our garage door and motor needed to be replaced and the new door and motor weren’t going to be delivered until next month but everything arrived quicker than the estimated time frame by several weeks! We are very satisfied with the company and how the entire process went.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and they placed us in the queue, with a 6-10 pm timeframe. Their technician, Travis, called us @2:00, and was able to make the service call earlier, which we very much appreciated. He was professional and explained the issue clearly, replacing the spring and addressing other issues as well. We were very satisfied and would hire him again without question. The service was excellent. Thank you!

The technician spent 10 seconds here and told he he doesn’t work on the brand of door opener that I have. I was still charged the $80 service fee. I spoke to a scheduler and the technician before the service visit and neither of them mentioned this possibility.

I gave a 4 star rating because the first installer tried to come at the wrong time and we were not home. The second guy installer,Jaxon Fisher deserves a 5 star rating. I was very pleased with the job he did and the quality of the garage doors.
