No pressure- analyzed my issue- gave me several options- and straight forward advise on how to proceed. He did quick efficient work and explained how to use all my new equipment thoroughly. Can’t say enough positive things about this young man, SO REFRESHING to have this kind of service. He is a True asset to this company!! I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. We found Precision Garage Door through Home Advisor and we were able to get an appointment the next day. Greg was outstanding with the work he did at our home! Greg installed new controllers, refreshed the tracks and installed new sensors. Greg was so very polite and detail-oriented. He made sure we knew how everything worked, such as the codes.
