I’m very disappointed that you would not fix only the broken spring on our garage door. The other was replaced last year. When I called I was told $188 or around there knowing only one was broken. Would not repair unless both springs are replaced. $617 SCAM

After speaking with the technician about your job, he stated he spoke with your husband in great detail about the reason both springs needed to be replaced and that the spring you are referring to, was the wrong size for the door. It is our company policy that all springs on the door get replaced after one breaks. The reason for this is because of safety concerns for the technician and the longevity of the door. We are sorry you feel that you were scammed but this was not the case. We have a standard to uphold and make sure your door is safe and works as it should. Having the wrong spring on your door is a safety concern and we are glad that the technician was able to discuss this with your husband and make it right. We do appreciate your business and if we can assist you in the future, please don't hesitate to call.

I was having a problem with one of my garage doors. The door would open okay but when it closed the mechanism that pushes the door down would actually be slamming into the door as it slowly lowered. I had previously found a nut and bolt on the garage floor but couldn’t figure out where it came from so to prevent any chance of the door not working at all I called Precision. I had an advertisement from them and I was impressed with being local, the ratings on BBB and they recognized military service. Scotty was my tech and he was very professional and immediately “solved” the door problem. My system is 13 years old so we discussed what may be needed in the near future. I decided after listening to Scotty’s recommendations to replace the motors, rollers and springs for both doors. He had all the parts on his truck (like your ad said) and completed the job that same afternoon. The next morning I noticed that the doors needed adjusting so I texted Scotty and he came back to fix them. I am very satisfied with the response to my request, the work done and appreciated the professional handling of the entire experience.

Our technician, Greg, was amazing. He was kind, helpful and explained all the options and features of what was needed for our repair. There was never any pressure salesmanship and he was extremely kind and polite! Although there is no option to choose multiple items, we replaced the springs, rollers and the garage door opener. Greg stayed late to show us how everything worked and demo’d how to use the pull chain in case of an emergency and how to make sure we could get everything working again. I am super grateful my friend recommended this business. I will be keeping y’all in mind for my friends future needs.

Went through Angie's List and Precision called us back first. Mike was able to come out within a few hours, check out our issue and give us an estimate. Although I thought it was a high price, we needed to get the garage working again so we said ok. Mike was extremely pleasant, helpful, professional and worked hard. We then asked about installing a garage door opener and again the price of the unit was very expensive. Although we didn't get a second quote, which we all know we should, we were very happy with the outcome. Like I said, Mike was an awesome technician. But I do think the price of this job was steep although I have nothing to compare it to. Thanks!

My appointment window was for 8am-10am the next morning after I called. Scotty, called before he arrived and was very professional the whole time. He explained everything thoroughly and also took pictures inside the opener so we could see exactly what he was referring to. We ended up replacing our opener, but before doing so, Scotty gave us choices and explained the differences between each one. Let me first say our technician was wonderful. Highly recommend I needed to get two springs installed. That went great The price was $600. I consider that to be well silly I did pay it but not sure I would use these guys again They were great but the price is too high

After reviewing the ticket for your job, I see that you were quoted for two platinum, high cycle, powder coated springs. Our springs are higher quality and have a typical life span that is 3-4 times longer than springs our competitors sell. Our technicians review the quote with customers on every call before any work is done, so in case there are questions, they can get answered before work is started. If you have further questions, please call the office and we will be happy to assist you.

My mother referred me to precision door after being very pleased having her garage door and motor replaced. I had to have my motor replaced and I’m very impressed that not only was Uri on time but he was professional courteous and completed everything very quickly. He walked me through the itemize list and the instructions on how to program everything. I am absolutely 100% satisfied and will only use precision doors from now on. Thank you for an excellent job
