Wonderful experience. I called to make a service appointment about 3:15 today thinking it would be done in the next couple of days. They offered me a window of 4pm to 8pm TODAY. No sooner did I hang up with the office when the technician called to say he would be at my house by 4 pm. And he was early. He diagnosed my problem and explained to me in detail why I needed a new motor. 35 minutes later, I had a brand new garage door opener. I am very pleased with the service. The technician was so nice and patient with his explanations!

This was an Emergency service call as our springs were broken and thus cars stuck in garage. No manual override for broken springs. Technician came after a long day of work and fixed it proficiently. Great job.
